Come dance with Lisa in all forms of musical theatre: jazz technique, contemporary, floor work, tap, storytelling, dance theatre, singing, acting, improv and more. Dancers will also take a field trip in the Washington Pavilion to the art exhibit, science exhibit, Belbas Stage and Sculpture Garden. Dancers will journal and dance out their findings in these creative and artistic places besides learning a handful of musical theatre style dances for our informal showcase Thursday, June 25th from 11:30am-12 noon. Come join in the musical theatre dance fun with learning different styles of musical theatre in jazz, tap, funk, contemporary with both technical and performing dance skills. This dynamic camp experience, hosted by Levitt at the Falls and Augustana University School of Music, is designed to inspire creativity and build community through music and dance. Campers will explore lyric development, purpose-driven creativity, beat making, hip-hop dance styles, and music production tools in an action-packed week of programming.The week will culminate with an unforgettable performance on the Levitt stage, showcasing the work of the campers alongside a professional musical artist as part of a Levitt Series concert event.We are thrilled to announce the return of instructors Sheku Bannister and Frank Cook, along with our new dance teacher, Lisa Conlin—fun fact: Lisa is the mom of Georgia, who helped out last year! We’d love to see you back at camp, reconnecting with friends, growing as an artist, and shining on stage.

The Goodnight Theatre Collective Reefer Madness… This musical sendup of the cult classic propaganda film follows Jimmy Harper and Mary Lane as they descend into the comical depths of the terrifying reefer, told through the lens of a 1930s PSA littered with all manner of melodramatic results.
